Keine guten Nachrichten hat das Hessische Finanzgericht der Branche in der vergangenen Woche gebracht. Energie, die bei Veredelungsprozessen eingesetzt wird, um die Flotte aufzuheizen, damit in dieser chemische Reduktionen stattfinden können, wird nicht vollständig von der Energiesteuer entlastet.

30.03.2009 - The uniform terms and conditions for the textile economy are Standard Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) that are now widespread in the textile and fashion sectors. They specify payment and delivery conditions for the seller. Legally, they are to be treated in the same way as any other T&Cs. One should note that they may only apply to contracts concluded between commercial entities. They are unsuitable for consumer business. The uniform terms and conditions are dated January 2002.
